The daily maintenance of the stacker can be divided into inspection, lubrication, adjustment.
(1) check. Check whether the parts of the stacking machine are abnormal, deformation, damage, oil leakage, loose or screw loss, check the oil level is normal, safety protection device is normal, the detection switch with or without dust cover.
(2) lubrication. Electric fork over stacker lubrication parts, including horizontal operating mechanism, loading platform, drive mechanism and so on. The lubrication of the horizontal operating mechanism includes horizontal guide wheel, driving wheel and passive wheel. The lubrication of the loading station includes hoisting guide wheel, fork chain and fork roller bearing. The lubrication of the driving mechanism should be carried out according to the instructions.
(3) adjustment. The adjustment is mainly for the movement part, including the horizontal guide, the lifting guide wheel, the upper guide wheel, the overspeed protection device, the detection switch, the picking device and so on.
