The pump cover seal tank damage, excessive leakage; gear wear; pump motor speed is reduced; pipeline have blockage.

Solution: Replace; replace the oil pump; checking commutator, remove inter-chip coke, carbon brushes to adjust semi electric stacker the position; inspection cleaning.

Cause: electrical box micro switch is damaged or improperly position adjustment; main electrical control circuit fuse or blown fuse; battery voltage is too low; contactor singeing, or dirt caused by too much bad; contacts without action.
Solution: Replace the micro switch, re-adjust the position; replacement fuse of the same type; recharged; repair contacts, adjust or replace the contactor; checking whether the contactor coil circuit breaker or replace the contactor.
